Return & Refund Policy

Being Jewish with Jonah Plat

At Being Jewish with Jonah Platt, every item we offer is part of a larger mission—celebrating identity, storytelling, and community. As a small team, we aim to deliver high-quality products while keeping our operations thoughtful and sustainable.

Because many of our items are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, our return policy is designed to balance flexibility with fairness.


 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • Item received is incorrect

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Made-to-order or print-on-demand items (unless defective)

 


 

2. Made-to-Order Items (Print-on-Demand)

Some of our merchandise is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

For these items:

  • All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We strongly encourage reviewing sizing charts and product details before purchasing

This approach reduces overproduction and waste—thank you for supporting a more intentional model.

 


 

3. Return Window

If your item qualifies for a return or replacement, you must contact us within:

  • 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible.

 


 

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a request, please email: beingjewishpodcast@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

 


 

5. Resolutions

If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (at no cost to you), or

  • Full refund to your original payment method

We will determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.

 


 

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order appears lost or has not arrived:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

We will work with the carrier and, if necessary, issue a replacement.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

 


 

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item:

  • Please place a new order

 


 

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to your original payment method

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

 


 

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window:

  • Production or fulfillment may have already begun

  • Changes are no longer guaranteed

 


 

10. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
