At Being Jewish with Jonah Platt, every order is part of something bigger—thank you for being here. Below you’ll find details on how we process, fulfill, and ship your items.

 


 

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • 2–7 business days for made-to-order (print-on-demand) items

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • During high-volume periods (product drops, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer

 


 

2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or destination.

 


 

3. Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners:

  • Your order may arrive in separate packages

  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment

 


 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping method selected

Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

 


 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


 

6. International Shipping

We ship internationally to many locations.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping costs

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

 


 

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to correct it.

 


 

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please first check with your local carrier or neighbors

  • Then contact us at beingjewishpodcast@gmail.com

While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

 


 

9. Delivery Delays

Once an order has shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

That said, if something seems off, reach out—we’re happy to help however we can.
